We are working with leading industry partners to solve the challenges of providing scalable and highly resilient digital solutions that transform defense capabilities and increase safety and efficiency in industrial operations globally. We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join Wayren's growing team on our journey to deliver state-of-the-art communication solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Embedded Software/Hardware Engineer at Wayren. You get to develop firmware and design communication equipment to enable reliable communication capabilities in the most demanding environments.
Qualifications
· Problem-solving and debugging skills
· Excited to work on hard problems, especially in telecommunications field
· Proficient in C language, familiarity with Rust would be beneficial
· Experience with EDA tools such as KiCAD or Altium
· Experience with 3D CAD tools like Fusion
· Good knowledge of PCB design and electrical engineering
· Experience with hardware prototyping
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience in the field.
Nice to have
· Experience with RF design
· Experience with FPGA programming
