About the role
Are you ready to lead sales strategy in one of the world’s most dynamic spirits companies? Pernod Ricard Estonia is looking for a Sales Manager based in Tallinn to drive commercial success across our diverse product portfolio. Reporting to the Country Manager Lithuania & Sales Community Manager Baltics, you will be responsible for achieving strategic sales goals, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong client relationships.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet volume and financial targets (NS, NS/l, CM, profit).
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including identifying new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Plan sales campaigns for major customers together with the Sales Team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure debt control and manage receivables.
- Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to align forecasts and campaigns.
- Represent Pernod Ricard Estonia in relevant business matters.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Business Management, Sales, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales leadership roles. Previous experience within FMCG; spirits is a plus but not required.
- International or multi-market experience preferred.
- Strong commercial understanding, and ability to build persuasive cases.
- Fluent in English and Estonian (Russian is an advantage).
