We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to work on our client's project. In this role, you'll work in digital exposure and threat risk management in the SaaS market and work closely with the development team and report to the Senior Customer Success Manager in Bangkok and the US-based Head of Sales.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, user adoption, and long-term retention.



Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new enterprise clients, primarily security teams in the U.S.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Proactively drive product usage, demonstrate value, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Manage ongoing support issues, incidents, and client feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest technical or product enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with customer security and risk stakeholders.
  • Contribute to documentation, playbooks, user guides, and training materials.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a technical support role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with distributed, global teams.
  • Technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
  • English as a first language needs to be flawless, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus points for experience in cybersecurity, risk management, executive protection, or related fields.
  • Highly structured and self-driven, with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented and resilient under pressure, with high integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information.
