We’re now looking for a Product Owner to be the engine of our R&D team. You will own our delivery process, turning product vision into a clear, actionable plan that our engineers can build on. - Own the Delivery Process – Be the accountable driver of our delivery lifecycle, from planning and backlog management through to release.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution – Work as the right-hand partner to our Head of Product, translating high-level vision into detailed user stories and a prioritized roadmap.
- Lead with Clarity – Facilitate key agile rituals and be the go-to person for our engineering team, unblocking them and providing clear requirements.
- Work Flexibly – Hybrid setup with 2–3 office days per week at our Pasila, Helsinki location
💼 What you’ll be doing
This isn’t about just managing a backlog. It’s about making a real difference by creating a well-oiled machine that delivers value to our users predictably and efficiently. You will:
- Manage and Prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure the R&D team is always focused on the most impactful work.
- Translate Vision into Actionable Plans by breaking down complex features into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Orchestrate the Entire Delivery Process, facilitating key meetings and ensuring seamless collaboration between Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Serve as the "Single Source of Truth" for the R&D team on all requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- We use tools like Confluence, Linear, and Figma – no need to master them all upfront, your expertise in process and collaboration is what counts.
🎯 What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- Proven Product Ownership Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner, or 3+ years in a PO role combined with other relevant product experience (e.g., as a Project Manager, Technical Analyst, or Business Analyst).
- Technical Credibility: A background in a technical field (like a CS degree or past engineering role) that gives you the confidence to discuss architecture and trade-offs with senior engineers.
- An Execution-Focused Mindset: A hands-on "doer" who thrives on writing clear requirements, managing a tight process, and unblocking your team.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to facilitate discussions, simplify complex problems, and communicate with directness and clarity.

💼 Compensation & Ownership
The base compensation for this position is €3,800–€4,800 per month, it will be determined by your skills and experience level. During the later stages of the recruitment process, you will be introduced to TalentAdore’s total compensation model, which includes several elements beyond base salary. Most notably, after six months you may express interest to join our Employee Incentive Program and become an owner by purchasing shares - an exciting way to earn extra rewards from our shared success.
