Senior Network Engineer – Cisco Wireless & LAN Specialist

A global enterprise is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support large-scale modernization of its Cisco wireless and LAN infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to work across international hubs, driving standardization, security, and automation within a high-performing engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco LAN and WLAN solutions (Aironet, Catalyst, Meraki).
• Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Manage authentication and access control using Cisco ISE, TACACS+, and RADIUS.
• Contribute to network automation initiatives using Python, REST APIs, and Catalyst Centre (DNA Center).
• Develop and maintain HLD/LLD documentation to ensure design consistency and clarity

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless and Switching (Catalyst 9000, Aironet, Meraki).
• Solid understanding of LAN/WLAN architecture, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale Cisco environments.
• CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
