Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – Java (Federal Client)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong Java development experience to support mission-critical applications for a federal government client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, Java-based backend systems, and a strong understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable application development within a federal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product management.
• Implement RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and API security.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with source control tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
