Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a seasoned D365 Implementation Manager for a 12-month contract role to oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the organization. This position will be critical in ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the D365 platform across various business functions.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of D365, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that milestones are met
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing D365 effectively
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, ensuring project quality and adherence to timelines
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, facilitating continuous improvement efforts
- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- In-depth knowledge of D365 functionalities and capabilities across various modules
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience in D365 implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of D365 modules and functionalities
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects
