We are looking for a Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team as a Service.

At 20tab, a designer is not just a creative mind — you are also a consultant who helps clients make the right product and design decisions.

You will be part of a product trio, working closely with the Product Team Manager and the Tech Lead, and you’ll play a key role in shaping, delivering, and ensuring the sustainability of digital products for our clients.

In this position, you’ll balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, helping to design experiences that are both valuable and feasible.

You will be involved in the full product lifecycle - from discovery and research to delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, user needs, and technical contexts.
• Perform evaluations and cost estimations for new projects and prepare client proposals.
• Participate in discovery activities such as user research, interviews, A/B test, and usability testing.
• Participate, together with the Product Team Manager and/or the wider team, in user story mapping sessions - helping to facilitate and guide these activities to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Translate insights and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design accessible, responsive, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility, quality, and design integrity.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of design systems and visual guidelines.
• Support strategic decision-making within the product trio, ensuring that design choices promote delivery quality and long-term sustainability both technically and financially.
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and usability results — embracing a continuous improvement mindset.
• Promote a user-centered and outcome-driven design culture across teams and projects.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 3–5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes (research, prototypes, UI, testing).
• Excellent command of Figma and other collaborative design/prototyping tools.
• Experience designing or maintaining design systems.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Interest in data-informed design, product metrics, and continuous optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive, consultative approach when engaging with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to justify design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise projects and products.
• Comfort in client-facing roles, workshops, or presentations.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting environments or multi-client projects.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks).
