Role Summary

Awakn is offering a 3-month paid Data Analysis Internship for individuals based in Italy who are eager to gain real-world experience in data analytics and AI-enabled business transformation. This remote internship provides hands-on exposure to live analytics projects, mentorship from experienced consultants, and the chance to develop technical and problem-solving skills in a fast-growing digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.
• Support data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Help design dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights.
• Conduct market and performance research to identify data trends.
• Document analytical processes and contribute to internal reporting.
• Collaborate with consultants to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Excel; basic familiarity with SQL or Python.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with academic or personal data analysis projects.
• Understanding of basic statistics or predictive modelling.
