Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong servant leader who drives team performance, fosters collaboration, and ensures continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, guiding them in adopting and maturing Agile principles and practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by focusing on team performance, dynamics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across other teams to build strong collaboration and alignment.
- Represent the team in stakeholder meetings, providing clear and concise progress updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and leverage data-driven insights through delivery metrics to enhance team performance.
- Coach and educate the team on Agile frameworks (especially SAFe) and ensure adherence to agreed processes and ceremonies.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives — ensuring sessions are purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-oriented.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and maintaining a clear delivery roadmap.
- Remove impediments and proactively address blockers to ensure sprint and program increment (PI) objectives are achieved.
- Champion Agile mindset and continuous learning within the team and across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience using delivery metrics to measure and drive improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
