As part of their strategic evolution, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead large-scale change initiatives - specifically with a strong focus on process automation and digital optimisation.
Your Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding transformational change across our global operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Transformation Director will spearhead initiatives to streamline processes, harness automation technologies, and drive scalable efficiencies across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the firm’s automation and process optimisation strategy, aligned with broader business objectives.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for transformation across front, middle, and back-office operations.
- Lead cross-functional programs focused on workflow digitisation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and intelligent automation technologies (e.g. AI/ML-enabled processes).
- Partner with business leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful design and implementation of change.
- Build a robust change management framework to support adoption, training, and cultural alignment.
- Track and report on transformation KPIs, ensuring clear metrics for value delivery and ROI.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- At least 10 years' experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in financial services, ideally within asset management or investment operations.
- Deep understanding of process automation, workflow management, and intelligent automation.
- Sound knowledge of AIFMs regulatory framework
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to execution.
- Track record of driving cultural and behavioural change across complex organisations.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
