Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Policy Analyst Digital Policies and Economic Development – Manager, Public Sector (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

 

Your mission: A career in our Industry and Public Sector practice, within General Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients seize essential advantages by working alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. You'll provide policy analysis and advice, collaborating with EU institutions and international organisations to develop solutions for citizens' needs and enhance public services.

Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Lead and execute complex research and consultancy projects for EU and international organizations mainly in the area of digital policies and economic development;
  • Design and implement mixed-methods research approaches, which involve both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis;
  • Manage stakeholders engagement and capacity building projects;
  • Work in a highly dynamic environment with international teams;
  • Be coached by more experience people and belong to a team of professionals where you will be able to develop and strengthen your knowledge;
  • Manage projects or work streams using PwC methodologies;
  • Support clients to achieve more timely, responsive and accessible services;
  • Deliver excellent customer experience, return on investment and stakeholders value;
  • Contribute to / manage commercial proposal writing and bid management, propose innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client requirements;
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities internationally.

Let’s talk about you. If you...
  • Have at least seven years of relevant experience in public and/or industry sector consulting, with a track record in one or more of the following areas: policy studies on digital policies and economic development, economic studies, or report drafting;
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, International Development, or an equivalent field;
  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or ITIL certification (considered a valuable asset);
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English;
  • Are flexible and mobile, with a willingness to travel.
