We’re looking for a SOC Analyst (m/f) to join our client in the banking sector.
Location: Luxembourg
Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility after the first 3 months.
Contract: CDI contract.
Language requirement: Fluent French and English.
Salary: To be discussed.
Qualifications:
• Hold a Bac to Bac+2 diploma or have acquired experience equivalent to the diploma during
your career;
• Have good knowledge in the field of telecommunications, networks, IT and security;
• Enjoy customer contact and have a good sense of responsibility, combined with ease of oral
and written communication
• Have a good team spirit, but also initiative and autonomy
• Know the ITIL methodology
• Mastering the French and English languages, Luxembourgish and/or German is an
advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise IT systems using monitoring consoles; analyze system alerts, including security (SOC) and operational notifications, and perform first-level incident resolution.
- Identify, diagnose, and escalate incidents according to established procedures and on-call protocols.
- Handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
- Maintain and update documentation and procedures related to client environments and administrative tools.
- Perform Service Desk duties outside regular business hours, including answering calls, tracking support tickets, and coordinating with on-call staff.
