We are looking for…

an enthusiastic Junior People Operations Administrator (7-month) based in Amsterdam. You will support the People Operations team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks for our stores in the Netherlands and the head office in Amsterdam. You will work closely with store managers and the HR People team to ensure smooth HR processes and accurate employee data management.



Your challenge:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems (AFAS)
  • Assist employee & store managers with HR-related daily inquiries
  • Help ensure the quality and consistency of HR processes, such as onboarding, contract management, and absence tracking
  • Support the data maintenance and upkeep of the Workforce Management System (Manus)
  • Prepare reports and assist with HR documentation tasks

Your profile:

  • You’re a great fit if you’ve got some experience or even just an internship in HR operations or payroll, or if you’ve got a bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, and have the mindset to dive in and learn!
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
  • Strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and Excel, demonstrating a strong affinity for technology
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong willingness to learn, contributing positively to team dynamics
  • Proactive approach to work, combining a hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Available for 38 hours a week
