We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our EMEA team and transform complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the region. In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams across EMEA, uncover key trends, and help power Nike’s next chapter of innovation and performance.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze complex business challenges using diverse internal and external data sources to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and key drivers within datasets to uncover performance influences across markets and functions.
• Develop data-driven forecasts, recommendations, and strategic or tactical plans aligned with Nike’s business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and reporting specifications, ensuring data relevance and accuracy.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that empower teams with real-time, meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, streamline data processes, and optimize business performance.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the Nike organization.

What do we ask?

• A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and transforming data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional, global teams.
