We are looking for a Senior Integration Tech Lead specialized in designing and implementing customized IoT and telecom integration solutions. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical design, development, and integration of complex client and partner networks, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and engineering roadmaps.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Integration Tech Lead specialized in designing and implementing customized IoT and telecom integration solutions. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical design, development, and integration of complex client and partner networks, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and engineering roadmaps.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Analyze and integrate complex customer/partner networks.
- Design and develop customized technical solutions for non-standard requests.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Lead the end-to-end management of design, development, and integration activities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Influence and align with engineering and transformation roadmaps.
- Solid background in IT & Telecommunications solutions for enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of telecommunications architectures, including: Packet & Circuit-switched networks, IPv4 / IPv6; Routing (BGP); VPN, NNI; MPLS, VOLTE, 5G, LTE, HSS; Order Management.
- Relevant Industry Experience and Education;
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in integration and solution design roles.
- Experience or certification in Agile methodologies (SCRUM certification is a plus).
- Ability to design and deliver tailor-made integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and system interoperability.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
- Teamwork skills, but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
