Position Summary

Exhibition Hub is seeking a motivated, strategic, and analytically-minded Business Analyst to join our growing Revenue team. In this mid-level role, you will combine strong analytical skills with sharp business insight to support data-driven decision-making and help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Your focus will be on tracking revenue performance across all products and revenue streams, identifying and executing revenue-maximizing opportunities (such as pricing optimization and pipeline planning), and contributing to the overall strategic planning process. This role is about leveraging data to drive growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on sales and performance data across all of EH’s projects and revenue streams.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to maximize revenue (e.g., pricing strategy, capacity planning, pipeline analysis).
  • Define, assess, and implement initiatives that drive improved performance within existing revenue streams.
  • Track and report progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic targets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Follow up on ongoing initiatives to ensure proper implementation and assess outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including business developers, operations, and others—to support the successful rollout of new initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of EH’s long-term growth strategy through analytical insights and structured planning.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business-oriented and analytical role, such as consulting, operations, …
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Go-getter and get-it-done attitude, showing proactivity in identification of initiatives and full ownership on their implementation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
