About The Role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Specialist (Rewards) to be at the forefront of our employee rewards packages, including compensation and equity benefits, keeping the employment life cycle running smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day administration of equity award programmes (grants, vesting, exercises, and cancellations)
- Partnering with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless processing and record keeping
- Maintaining accurate data in equity management systems
- Supporting financial reporting requirements, including forecasting, expense accruals, and reconciliation in collaboration with Finance
- Providing data-driven insights on equity programme trends and dilution impact
- Developing clear, engaging communications and educational materials to help employees understand their equity awards
- Supporting delivery of equity-focused training sessions, webinars, or FAQs for employees and managers
- 2+ years of relevant rewards-based corporate experience
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
- The ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation
- A collaborative attitude to cultivate and sustain partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients
- Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skills
- The ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a startup, financial services, or tech environment
- Experience working on a multicultural, international team
- Knowledge of local, regional, and global HR/compensation practices
