Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and metrics
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation
- Optimize data processes for performance and scalability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a related role
- Proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Demonstrates solid understanding and working knowledge of data processing tools and languages, including SQL, Python, and Fabric
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork across diverse environments
- Skilled in engaging cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority to gather requirements and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
