Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and metrics
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation
  • Optimize data processes for performance and scalability


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a related role
  • Proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Demonstrates solid understanding and working knowledge of data processing tools and languages, including SQL, Python, and Fabric
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork across diverse environments
  • Skilled in engaging cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority to gather requirements and translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
