Senior React and/or .NET developer

I’m working with a customer who’s recruiting several experienced developers in Gothenburg. They’re growing fast and hiring across multiple teams — backend, frontend, and fullstack. The teams build modern SaaS products with millions of active users and real business impact.

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale products used by millions of users.
• Take full ownership from idea to production in a DevOps culture.
• Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and product owners in autonomous, cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of a modern cloud-based SaaS platform.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and developer experience.

You’re a curious, driven, and collaborative engineer with a strong track record of delivering at scale. You thrive in high-autonomy environments and enjoy solving complex problems together with others.

You don’t need to be equally strong across the full stack. Specialists are just as welcome as generalists — what matters is curiosity, a willingness to help beyond your core area, and a solid understanding of how your work fits into the larger system.

We believe you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a developer.
• Experience building or scaling high-traffic, consumer-facing products (hundreds of thousands of users or more).
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for quality and uptime.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or extending frameworks with your own modules.
• Pragmatic technical judgment and a love for clean, maintainable code.
• A genuine interest in learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting your teammates.

The teams work with technologies such as .NET (C#), React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Azure, Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Elastic, and modern testing and CI/CD pipelines. You don’t need to master them all, but you should be confident working across modern web or backend frameworks and cloud environments.
