In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work within Swedbank that is undergoing a major IT modernisation transformation of replacing legacy platforms with more modern technology to meet increased customer demand and reduce risks. In order to manage this big transformation we need to become more efficient and focus on delivering value.
- Play a key role in guiding, driving and supporting the teams in this journey to become successful in this transformation and the deliveries.
- Work closely together with the Product Managers, Architects, Agile Product Owners, Scrum Masters and together with a team of other 16-18 RTE’s also drive the team towards set deliveries and enable an efficient team/organisation.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of established practices and participate in competence development forums.
- Coach and guide stakeholders in agile mindset, principles and working methods.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within teams and the organization.
- Support teams by driving solutions to problems they can't solve on their own.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure progress and quality.
- Communicate and coordinate between actors between different teams.
- At least 3 years previous experience of the RTE role.
- A strong leadership experience track record: hands-on experience as Team manager, Agile coach, Product Manager/Product Owner, Scrum Master or other managerial roles.
- At least 10 years of work experience.
- Working language mostly English.
- Knowledge and experience of agile and lean methods and the ability to apply them in complex businesses environment.
- SAFe /Scaled Agile Framework) RTE and/or SPC certificate is an advantage.
- Interest in how to optimize ways of working by using tools and technology (Atlassian Jira and Confluence, AI, M365 etc).
- Self-driven.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, such as presentation and active listening skills.
- Skills to inspire and motivate people from team members to business owners.
- A great and engaged team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Structured and organized with a pragmatic and solution-oriented view.
- Strength in building cooperation and networks cross organization.
- Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
