System Verification Engineer

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a System Verification Engineer, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that all verification activities are planned, executed, and tracked in alignment with the overall project timeplan.

- Maintain up-to-date status reports on all verification activities, highlighting progress, risks, and any deviations from the schedule.

- Provide proactive support to the verification team, identifying and resolving blockers to maintain workflow continuity.

- Act as the primary liaison between the verification team and other project stakeholders to facilitate communication and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and book necessary resources, including RIGs and trucks, to ensure timely execution of verification tasks.

- Monitor the utilization and availability of verification resources, adjusting plans as needed to meet project deadlines.

- Prepare and present regular updates to project management on verification status, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the verification team, encouraging problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Knowledge/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project verification, quality assurance, or a similar role within technical or engineering projects.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in resource planning and logistics, particularly with technical equipment such as RIGs and trucks, is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Leadership and team support capabilities.
