To achieve this, we are seeking a Data Scientist with a proven track record of solving complex, real-world opportunities in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Intelligence Design: Develop AI-driven models, flows, and intelligent agents that enable dynamic decision-making in manufacturing and industrial processes.

Agentic Architectures: Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design modular, adaptive AI systems capable of understanding, predicting, and acting within complex industrial ecosystems.

Problem Solving in Real-World Environments: Apply your experience from working in industries (e.g., automotive, energy, food & beverage etc) to identify challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions that solve high-value, complex problems.

Data Exploration and Modeling: Explore vast datasets generated from IoT devices, production lines, and operational systems to extract actionable insights. Build predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models tailored to industrial needs.

Scalability & Deployment: Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the Epicz Industrial Solutions Platform.

Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand industrial workflows, define KPIs, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with customers.

Continuous Learning: Stay on the forefront of AI advancements, exploring innovations in ML/AI, agent-based modeling, and digital twins, and applying them to industrial use cases.

Requirements:

Proven Industrial Expertise: 1-5+ years of experience solving complex challenges in industries like manufacturing, automotive, food & beverage, or energy. Direct experience with real-world constraints, systems, and workflows is essential.

AI & ML Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven algorithms, with experience using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Systems Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and build agentic architectures and intelligent flows that create modular, adaptive systems.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (or similar languages), and familiarity with big data tools.

Analytical Problem-Solving: A track record of tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems with creative, practical solutions.

Experience with Industrial Data: Knowledge of working with IoT, sensor data, control systems, time series data and production data streams is highly desirable.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, translate technical findings into business value, and articulate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
