Back End Developer

We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.

We are looking for “Back End Developer” in the cloud computing, system virtualization, and automation technologies domain for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend microservices and APIs for Olympos, Sybelle, and Unified Suite platforms,
• Collaborate with Senior Developers and Architects to ensure modular, scalable, and fault-tolerant architecture,
• Implement data models, storage solutions, and caching mechanisms for high-throughput data systems,
• Integrate backend services with external systems (e.g., LDAP, NetBackup, Commvault, CloudStack APIs),
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance,
• Contribute to the design of API specifications (REST, gRPC) and maintain documentation,
• Implement authentication, authorization (RBAC), and licensing microservices aligned with Unified Suite standards,
• Work with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerized deployments,
• Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and resource utilization,
• Ensure adherence to security standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional backend development experience,
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go (Golang),
• Experience with microservice architecture and API development,
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, or other relational/time-series databases,
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments,
• Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams) for asynchronous communication,
• Experience integrating with identity and access management (IAM) or LDAP/AD systems,
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices,
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills,
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation, orchestration, or observability platforms,
• Exposure to Digital Twin architectures or data collection pipelines,
• Understanding of performance tuning, load balancing, and horizontal scalability,
• Knowledge of secure API design and data protection standards,
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) for end-to-end awareness.
