Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the prospective brokerage firm of Freedom Holding, a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company operating in the banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors, now preparing to launch operations in Türkiye.
As part of our strategic expansion across the MENAT region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive team member for the position of IT Procurement Specialist to join our İstanbul, Türkiye office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and functional support for business-critical applications such as (broker platform), Sumsub (KYC/AML), WorldCheck (screening) and other tools introduced into the environment.
- Manage application configuration: user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, templates, and data integrations.
- Monitor system usage and resolve incidents related to application functionality (excluding server infrastructure).
- Support integrations with corporate systems (Active Directory, SSO, APIs, webhooks, reporting tools).
- Liaise with vendors’ support teams for troubleshooting, escalation, and new feature requests.
- Document application-specific procedures and create user guides for internal teams.
- Conduct user onboarding/training sessions for new applications.
- Participate in testing, rollout, and adoption of new software tools in the company’s ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies (access rights, data handling, audit logs).
Requirements
Core Skills:
- 5 years experience in application support / business application administration.
- Ability to quickly understand new software platforms and learn their configuration/interface.
- Knowledge of user management, access rights, and role-based permissions.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML for basic integration tasks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (error analysis, log interpretation, functional testing).
- Communication skills to act as a bridge between end users, IT teams, and software vendors. Preferred: Exposure to financial systems (brokerage platforms, AML/KYC, compliance).
- SQL basics (queries, reporting, troubleshooting data issues).
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) for small automation tasks.
- Familiarity with change management / ITIL processes.
- Understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AML standards).
