General Qualifications

• Preferably studying in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, or Industrial Engineering departments
• Interested in R&D processes, hardware design, and embedded software development
• Experience or coursework in one or more of the following areas:
• Hardware Design: Circuit design, PCB layout, Altium Designer or similar tools
• Embedded Software: C/C++ programming, STM32 / NXP / ESP microcontrollers, UART / I2C / SPI communication
• Project Management: Planning, documentation, and coordination of TÜBİTAK or similar R&D projects
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English and technical documentation
• Able to work in the office at least 2–3 days per week

Job Description

We are looking for long-term R&D interns who will actively contribute to our TÜBİTAK-supported projects and product development processes.

Depending on their field of interest and background, interns will take part in:

• Hardware design (schematic design, PCB layout, prototype testing)
• Embedded software development (firmware design, debugging, performance optimization)
• Project coordination (documentation, reporting, and process management)

Interns will work at the R&D Center, closely collaborating with the engineering team to support ongoing industrial and IoT system developments, gain hands-on experience in real projects, and be part of a dynamic and innovative research environment.
