As a rapidly growing SaaS company driven by data and innovation, we’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about building products that power local delivery at scale.

You’ll work closely with our engineering, design, and business teams to define product goals, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-impact solutions that make global e-commerce delivery faster and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics that align with company strategy.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and PRDs.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to plan milestones and ship high-quality releases.
• Manage execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Sales, Success) to identify opportunities and resolve customer pain points.
• Communicate priorities, progress, and risks clearly across the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); technical background is a plus.
• Proven experience shipping software products with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile processes.
• Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
