We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist who will help our client predict, understand, and improve user behavior - from LTV forecasting to churn prevention and personalized learning recommendations. If you love transforming messy data into meaningful insights and building models that shape real product decisions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain machine learning models that predict user LTV, churn, and engagement across our apps.
• Design and optimize custom evaluation metrics and loss functions aligned with our business goals.
• Experiment, deploy, and continuously improve models in production - focusing on automation, scalability, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate closely with our Data, Product, and Growth teams to turn predictions into real-world impact.
• Explore the latest research and bring cutting-edge ML approaches into practical use.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Strong foundation in statistics, time-series forecasting, and user behavior modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• Familiarity with LTV prediction or subscription-based apps is a big plus.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with large datasets (e.g., BigQuery).
• Strong analytical and communication skills - you can translate data into clear actions.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to keep learning.
