We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of essential People Operations services.
In this role, you will support areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, depending on organizational priorities. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational assistance in areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on organizational requirements
- Address and resolve employee queries through a ticketing system, ensuring clear and prompt communication
- Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with company policies and legal standards
- Support the development of reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance needs
- Partner with the People Team to optimize processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving workflows and processes
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
