Project Manager – SAP/ERP Transformation & Change Management

Duration:-12 months

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to support the local deployment of a global SAP/ERP-enabled business transformation programme in Poland. You’ll be at the forefront of change leadership, ensuring a smooth transition for people, processes, and systems.

This is a remote contract role open to candidates based in Poland, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across local markets and global programme teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

✅ Programme Delivery & Governance

• Own and manage the local deployment plan
• Represent the market in programme governance and decision-making forums
• Drive end-to-end execution of testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

✅ Business Change & Transformation

• Lead change management activities to support the SAP/ERP rollout
• Identify and manage change impacts on people, processes, and technology
• Work with local leaders to drive business readiness and adoption
• Support creation of training, communication, and local support structures

✅ Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Lead and support local Change Champions, IT Leads, and Super Users
• Align with HR/P&C on change impacts, resourcing, and communication strategies
• Coordinate local engagement activities to increase awareness and buy-in

✅ Testing & Data

• Coordinate UAT, SIT, and performance testing
• Ensure test data availability and interface readiness
• Support data cleansing, migration, and validation activities.

✅ IT & Transition

• Manage legacy system decommissioning in collaboration with local IT
• Support training rollouts, workshops, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills:-

• Strong experience in SAP/ERP-enabled change programmes
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end change initiatives within a transformation context Background in factory operations, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and resistance management
• Hands-on experience with data migration, testing coordination, and go-live activities
• Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a bonus.
