About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Director of AI to lead and deliver multiple AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and program management skills to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage AI, software, and data science teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects successfully.
• Architect and oversee AI and machine learning solutions across business functions.
• Drive organization-wide digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and automation.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, align projects with business goals, and optimize outcomes.
• Define AI strategy, governance, and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools, recommending adoption to maintain competitive advantage.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on AI initiatives and their business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software development, AI, or technology leadership roles.
• Master’s or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Exceptional leadership, program/project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience delivering multiple AI-driven digital transformation projects successfully.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Project Management or AI-related certifications are a plus.
