The Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior System Engineer to join the IT department. This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to take ownership of key IT systems and expand their expertise across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support to departments across various international offices.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and RDS.
• Administer and monitor backup solutions (e.g., Veeam) to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including Cisco switches, SD-WAN, and next-generation firewalls.
• Deploy and manage cloud solutions, including Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other cloud-based services.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as PRTG, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Handle IT support tickets efficiently, providing expert assistance and guidance to end users.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance IT infrastructure.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Infrastructure, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong desire to learn and grow across systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Retail or FMCG environments is preferred.
• Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.
