About the Role
As the Marketing Project Manager for the Middle East (MEA), you’ll play a key role in orchestrating marketing initiatives across the region — ensuring flawless coordination between Product, PR, Creative, Digital, and Sales teams. You will manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to make sure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and on target. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication skills, making you the bridge that keeps projects moving from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee marketing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across departments.
- Coordinate between Product Marketing, PR, Digital, and Creative teams to align campaign execution.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and resources; identify potential risks and drive proactive solutions.
- Maintain campaign documentation, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure all launches and campaigns meet Cooler Master’s brand, creative, and GTM standards.
- Facilitate communication between MEA, HQ, and other regions for cross-market alignment.
- Support process improvement and workflow optimization to increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate results and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations, ideally within the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, timelines, and GTM coordination.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
