Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Operations Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and satisfactory completion of all aspects of projects on time, within budget, and scope.



What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the project lifecycle from requirements definition through deployment, developing comprehensive implementation plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external resources to ensure project deliverables remain within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and manage reports on project progress and outcomes for the management, adapting scope or timelines as necessary and escalating issues clearly and concisely.
  • Follow up on the operations team to ensure progress.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related/similar field.
  • Proven Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of technical development, particularly with web technologies and software platforms, to optimize for maximum usability.
  • Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), is required.
