We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our UAE office in Dubai. This individual will play a key role in providing analytical support to management by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on product-level sales performance across our U.S. and U.K. markets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to transform raw sales data into meaningful insights and visualized reports that drive decision-making.
- Collect, organize, and analyze SKU-level sales data from the U.S. and U.K. markets.
- Conduct in-depth product performance analysis, identifying fast-moving, slow-moving, and high-margin SKUs across distributors and regions.
- Generate weekly reports detailing SKU sales volumes, trends, and regional breakdowns for the United Kingdom.
- Prepare monthly reports for the United States, focusing on distributor-level performance, product movement, and sales growth patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive Excel dashboards and pivot reports that summarize sales data by region, distributor, SKU, and time period.
- Perform comparative analysis across different timeframes (month-over-month, year-over-year) to highlight growth opportunities and underperforming segments.
- Create forecasting and trend analysis models to assist in planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with the operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency between shipment records and sales figures.
- Continuously refine reporting templates to make insights more visual, accessible, and actionable for management.
- Present clear data summaries, visual charts, and commentary to the leadership team in a professional format.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably within the FMCG, food distribution, or international trade sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formulas, data validation, dynamic charts, and automation using macros or VBA (preferred).
- Experience in creating visual dashboards and analytical summaries using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred).
- Strong ability to analyze product performance and translate findings into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of sales data structures, SKU hierarchies, and distribution networks.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
- Ability to manage large datasets efficiently and meet strict reporting timelines.
- Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. regional sales dynamics is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
