Deliverables
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for X and Facebook, tailored to cultural and civic engagement themes.
- Create and schedule engaging posts in English and Finnish (Swedish is a plus), ensuring alignment with the NGO’s mission and voice.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive online environment.
- Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to support campaign launches, events, and digital storytelling initiatives.
- Utilize tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite for content creation and scheduling.
- Proven experience managing social media channels, particularly X (Twitter) and Facebook, for organizations or cultural projects.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative, community-oriented content and storytelling approaches.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or Helsinki-based setting.
- Passion for civic engagement, cultural initiatives, and innovative uses of technology.
