Machine Learning Engineer

Role Summary: We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy scalable AI systems that support our Copilot agents and enterprise AI initiatives. You will be responsible for model training, optimization, and integration into production environments.

Reports to: Director, Technology

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML models for Copilot agents and personalization engines.
• Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
• Implement MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and developers to integrate models into applications.
• Optimize performance and scalability of AI systems in production.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ML engineering or software development with ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with deploying LLMs and embedding-based systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and DevOps mindset.
