Job Title: Network Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days a week, shift-based role)
Job Description
- Hands-on experience with Network devices such as Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, and Firewalls for activities including upgrades, incident resolution, and L2/L3 level troubleshooting.
- Work in an SLA-bound environment to ensure timely resolution of issues and completion of tasks.
- Willing to work post 6 PM on weekdays and during weekends for planned patching and upgrade activities.
- Experience in CVE (Vulnerability) assessment, ability to prepare accurate reports and present findings in meetings with multiple client stakeholders.
- Must be able to perform shift work (5 days a week). Support may be required post 6 PM on weekdays or during weekends based on scheduled network activitie
