• Proactive analysis of all issues & requests, identification method to prevent in future
• Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution
• Analyze logs, configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause
- • Coordinate crisis call, engage experts, manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership, triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery
