We are looking for a Junior Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Manage, update and optimize content on web platform and mobile application using an internal CMS and other relevant tools;
Develop and implement promotional materials in collaboration with the Design and CRM teams, ensuring timely publication across all relevant platforms and communication channels;
Ensure content quality and compliance with corporate branding standards;
Regularly analyze and report on content performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to propose innovative content formats.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

At least one year of hands-on experience in content management, preferably in the gambling industry or related fields;
Basic understanding of the sports and gambling industry, including audience specifics and market trends;
Awareness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices for content presentation;
Upper intermediate level of English;
Experience with Tableau, Hotjar tools is a plus;
Experience with HTML, CSS is a huge plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills, enabling effective handling of tasks and finding optimal solutions in a fast-paced environment;
Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy and consistency in content publication;
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments;
Creative thinking and the ability to propose new ideas for content improvement.
