Junior Business Analyst

N-iX is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team and play a BA/PO role!

Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing mobile companies with 5 million active customers and operations in five countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model.

This role will focus on digital customer touchpoints (web, mobile app, campaign, chat bot) hence strong background on digital platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, Scrum Master, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to identify and define customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and document them in user stories
Support the preparation of functional specifications and process diagrams (BPMN, UML)
Heavily involved in program backlog refinement and preparation for Program Increment (PI) planning, plays a significant role in the planning event itself.
With input from System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders maintain the team backlog in the form of user stories.
Apply Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) techniques.
Accepting completed stories, participating in PI retrospective and demo sessions.
Clarify gaps with the stakeholders, drive the discussions towards finding a quick solution with win-win approach

Requirements

Demonstrable experience with doing business analysis for developing digital products, especially web, mobile app, email platforms for 1+ years
Significant experience working in AGILE methodology is essential; having SAFe background will be an advantage
Competency using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, Trello
Backlog management experience, using the best Scrum practices
Strong communication skills, attitude to get things done
Understanding of API integrations, experience with requirements for API will be a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Excellent written, verbal and social skills - You will be interacting with all types of people
Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with

Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis
Experience with process modeling tools (Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN tools)
Knowledge of APIs and integrations
