Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a primary focus on UI design and Figma expertise to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and pixel-perfect digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience in creating scalable design systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

üDesign high-fidelity UI screens, layouts, and components using Figma.

üCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

üCollaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams to ensure design consistency and handoff accuracy.

üWork on responsive web and mobile interfaces, ensuring visual consistency across platforms.

üTranslate wireframes and concepts into visually rich, functional designs.

üConduct quick prototyping and user flow visualization using Figma.

üApply UI best practices, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to enhance usability and aesthetics.

üParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required Skills

üStrong proficiency in Figma – Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Constraints, Prototyping, and Team Libraries.

üSolid understanding of UI principles, visual design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/GIGW preferred).

üExperience creating responsive layouts and design systems.

üFamiliarity with UX fundamentals – wireframing, user flow, and information architecture.

üKnowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, or Photoshop (added advantage).

üExcellent attention to detail, color balance, and typography sense.

üAbility to work independently or collaboratively within agile teams.

Good To Have

ØExposure to BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, or data-heavy applications.

ØExperience designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or enterprise systems.

ØBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.

ØStrong visual communication and presentation skills.

ØDetail-oriented with an eye for modern, clean, and scalable design.

ØComfortable managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
