At Kroo, we're building a bank that's simple, transparent, and genuinely good for people - our customers and our team. Our People function is small but mighty: a close-knit group that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and getting things done. We move fast, support each other, and have a real impact on how the business grows and how our culture evolves.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, curious, and full of energy - someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll be part of a team that values fresh ideas, cares deeply about doing things the right way, and loves finding smart, human ways to make Kroo an even better place to work.

  • Partner with Risk & Compliance to embed training and process adherence for key policies (e.g. anti-bribery, conduct rules, conflicts of interest)
  • Maintain and continuously improve key people operations workflows including joiners-movers-leavers, probation tracking, L&D budget tracking, and employee handbook updates
  • Oversee HR vendor management and procurement, negotiating contracts and coordinating renewals through the budget approval process

Compensation, Benefits & Data Management

  • Maintain data-driven frameworks, including salary matrices aligned to competencies and operational performance
  • Support with data analysis to inform decisions on employee benefits, engagement, and cost efficiency
