Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an esteemed consultancy, providing boutique services in outsourced Human Resources and Employee Relations Services. They are seeking a dedicated individual to join their small HR team. If you possess strong project management skills, with a background and passion for HR then please apply.

What do you do?

• Implement our clients model of HR through project-based implementation
• Work closely with each client either from the office or client site
• Provide advice on Modern Award and Enterprise Agreement terms
• Handle performance management, employee engagement and employee relations needs
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
• Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
• Provide bespoke solutions specific to client needs
• Assist with recruitment and selection activities as required

What do you need:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role
• Tertiary qualification aligned with the role
• Proficiency in payroll processes and understanding of Modern Awards
• Strong employee relations and change management experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
• High attention to detail and excellent report writing skills
