Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Agile mindset, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

✅ Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development or IT projects.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.

Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and workflow management.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
