Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites, e-commerce portals, and web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and product to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
- Work on SEO optimization and integration of third-party tools (analytics, payment gateways, CRM, etc.)
- Manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure website security, data protection, and compliance with best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (preferred).
- Backend knowledge: PHP, Node.js, or similar.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
- Proficient in database management (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiar with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in e-commerce domain will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with jewelry industry digital requirements will be a plus.
