Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (50% Office / 50% Remote)

Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Fullstack Developer (3–5+ years’ experience) to join our clients growing team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing their mobile applications (iOS and Android) and back-end services, working closely within the Tech & Product Team . This is an opportunity to help shape a community-led mobile product in a dynamic, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Future Golf’s mobile applications using React Native, delivering seamless experiences across iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and broader team to implement the product roadmap and deliver new features that drive community engagement.
- Contribute to back-end services using TypeScript, NodeJS / ExpressJS / MySQL, leveraging AWS infrastructure and tools such as Prisma and Vercel.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Support integration with WordPress and other third-party services as needed.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve product quality and team processes.
- (Preferred) Assist with basic DevOps tasks and cloud infrastructure management as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Fullstack or Mobile Developer, with a strong focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
- Solid experience with TypeScript, NodeJS and modern back-end development practices.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with tools such as Prisma, Vercel, and WordPress (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a startup or scale-up environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work from the Sandhurst office 2–3 days per week, with flexible arrangements available. (50/50 split all up)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience building or scaling community-focused or sports-related digital products.
- Mobile Application Development for Application driven businesses / SaaS
- Ability to own the development of a feature from end to end. (Start to release)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Prior involvement in a high-growth, agile team environment.
