Your role

We’re looking for someone like you to:

• partner and collaborate with IT teams across the organization to deliver AI solutions in a dynamic environment
• analyze business requirements and design implementable technical solutions that leverage AI technologies and development best practices
• increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
• drive and expand your skills towards cognitive solutions, including agentic LLM technologies
  
  

Your team
You'll be working in the Automation and Process Optimization team, based in Zurich, a dynamic group of skilled software engineers. Our team is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. Our collaborative environment fosters continuous learning and growth, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of technological developments.

Your expertise

• proven development skills in Python
• strong knowledge of AI and data science methodologies
• proficiency in using databases
• experience with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.) is a plus
• familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript preferred
• experience with front-end JavaScript libraries like React is desirable
