Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for agile delivery, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Peoplebank is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead orchestration across digital, data, and analytics initiatives for customer and colleague experiences in a large-scale enterprise environment.
About the Role as Product Manager, you’ll drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital delivery across multiple squads. You’ll be the heartbeat of sub-domain operations—aligning strategy with execution, optimizing resources, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver outcomes with agility, speed, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 90-day sprint and long-horizon planning across digital and data squads
- Manage backlog workflows, financial forecasting, and capacity planning
- Facilitate governance forums and cross-domain prioritization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Executives, and Delivery Leads to shape and deliver business outcomes
- Support agile capability uplift and inter-squad dependency resolution
- Proven experience in agile delivery within complex environments (preferably financial services)
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in sprint planning, portfolio management, and resource optimization
- Ability to challenge traditional models and tailor delivery frameworks for speed and efficiency
- Technical fluency to understand digital and analytics solutions
- Tertiary qualifications (postgraduate preferred) and Agile certification
- Delivery of sub-domain OKRs and business outcomes
- Operational and financial performance improvements
- Effective risk mitigation and compliance adherence
- Uplift in agile maturity and team performance
