Your New Opportunity:

Due to the continued growth of our business, we have an opportunity for a Data Analyst (Power BI focus) to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources, and supporting governance and automation of reporting processes. Your work will play a critical role in enabling smarter decision-making across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Build and optimise data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices in dimensional modelling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, APIs, Excel, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate report deployment and dataset refreshes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide training and support to business users for self-service analytics.
  • Document dashboards, data models, and integration logic for clarity and maintenance.


About You:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and presenting insights in meaningful ways. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling).
  • Solid experience connecting Power BI to SQL Server, APIs, and cloud data sources.
  • Advanced SQL querying skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Power BI CLI).
  • Knowledge of workspace management, app lifecycle, and governance in Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Azure DevOps) are highly regarded.
